I usually don't write reviews, but I am so blown away by this product that I felt I had to write something. Made jerkey in under 3 hours. Heated up quickly and kept temp. I AM IN LOVE.I had a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker for years until the electronics failed and no replacement parts were available. I then ordered a Pitboss Electric Smoker. I assembled it and after first use (seasoning not cooking) the temperature sensor blew out and had to be replaced. Pitboss said it was not in stock, so I shipped that crappy thing back, love PRIME.I have had my eye on a wood pellet smoker for some time, but was not sure whether to splurge on a Taeger. Then I saw this product. The price was right, it came with a cover and a wifi enabled temperature sensor (which I have not used yet, but connected to app).The smoker came 2 days after I ordered it (luckily pellets came same day). Not too many steps to assemble, but ONLY negative is the simple instructions were only pictures and messed up assembling the legs (not a big deal). But came with gloves, nice screwdriver and wrenches so did not skimp on assembly tools. Took about an hour to assemble even with backtracking.Seasoning was very easy and during the seasoning process you get to really see what the Firepit is doing to the pellets, really amazing flame. Once you do a few steps you will start seeing a White Grey Smoke, that is when the smoker is ready for use.So easy to use. Basically turn it to SMOKE mode with open cover. Then wait to see the White Grey Smoke. Close it. Within minutes it get to target temperature, I would say maybe 10 min to get to 180 degrees. Then just start smoking.Jerkey that used to take me 6 hours in an Electric Smoker took 2.5 to 3 hours in this smoker. Hardly used any pellets. The taste was amazing, it is like having true wood hickory flavor.Can't wait to make smoked meats and stakes and maybe a beer can Chicken.Only draw back is it maybe to small for some people so do pay attention to cooking surface, for me it was perfect.WORTH EVERY PENNY, EASY TO ASSEMBLE, WORKS GREAT!
