i ORDERED THESE FOR BAKING CHOPS AAND CHICKEN. i HAVE USED THEM AND THEY WORK GREAT. THE BIG PROBLEM IS THE BAGS DO NOT COME WITH INFO AS TO WHAT TEMPERATURES CAN BE USED OR WHAT FOODS WORK BEST INSIDE THEM . i USE TO BUY READY MADE SEASONING AN SAUCES THAT CAME IN A BOX WITH OVEN BAGS ENCLOED. yOU PUT THE SEASONING ON THE MEAT ANDPUT IT IN THE BAG AND PUT IN OVER FOR THE TIME AND TEMP LISTED ON THE BOX. THANK GOODNESS i HAD USED THOSE BEFORE OR i WOULD NOT HAVE THE FAINTEST IDEA HOW TO USE THESE BAGS, UNFORTUNATELY I NO LONGER SEE THOSE PREVIOUSLY PREPACKED SEASONING ANBD BAGSIN THE STORES. i GUESS THEY WERE DISCONTINUED.I use these bags to make fall off the bone dry rub wings. It also keeps any liquid that may be produced from making a mess. It's great for moist wings and cleanliness.Great productthe tiebacks are useless. since I bake I can use tiebacks that I have saved even if it has some metalThese would not fit a ham, and tore when I tried to put it in. They are certainly not big enough for a turkey.Not happy the sticker doesnt easily come off that holds bags closed. Also, wish tie hold was better.The tie lock is flimsyThe turkey and large size that were the only bags I could find. This is a much better size for 1 or 2 people.
