It arrived as a frozen block of 5 pounds. I thawed it slightly to repackage the steaks in smaller portions and vacuum sealed them. I used a couple steaks right away and OMG, tasted fresh and so awesomely good! Just as I remembered from years ago sailing around the Caribbean on our boat when I’d go searching for them… before they became scarce. Which is sad. It said these came from Nicaragua so probably farmed? I hope so. Anyway, these were so wonderful and I will definitely order again.
