I am interested in dehydrating as a way to preserve foods for longer. But, I have never done it before and the whole process seemed daunting. This book made it seem very easy. I liked that the author broke down the book into sections and then gave tips, tricks, and guidance to each food type specifically. This made it really easy to follow. If I want to preserve strawberries I go to the fruit section. There are then a bunch of recipes to follow. I liked that the author spent a lot of time.going over how to keep dehydrated foods preserved. That was helpful. Overall, I am excited to try a lot of this out.
